Caution Notice – Beware of Fraud

It has come to the notice of Infloq.com ("Platform") that, some fraudsters are approaching customers:

With promotional offers from the Platform
Through fake email IDs as well as fake domain names/website links which may appear confusingly similar or identical with the Platform and its Group Companies
Through Social media Apps such as WhatsApp/Facebook/Instagram/Twitter by including the trademark/logo and/or the logo of the Platform as part of their profile picture and pushing fake offers to the innocent public, by luring them with false promises
Making physical visits at customers door step seeking OTP to process cancellation of campaigns that were not created by you
Impersonating Infloq representatives to gain access to creator accounts or brand campaign data
Creating fake influencer profiles to deceive brands into fraudulent collaborations

Customers, General Public and Prospective Customers Are Hereby Cautioned:

Exercise Extreme Caution Against:

Fraudsters who may use fake email IDs, fake profiles on Social media (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), websites, telephones and advertisements by impersonating themselves to be from the Platform and/or its Group Companies and claim to offer promotional offers, collect customer account details, ask for advance money to process campaigns, etc.
Fake creator verification services or premium features offered outside the official Platform
Unauthorized requests for campaign budgets, creator payments, or credit top-ups through unofficial channels

IMPORTANT: What Infloq Will NEVER Do

Infloq or its representatives will NOT call for any advance payment of money from any of its prospects/customers outside the official Platform
Infloq or any of its representatives would NOT ask for any OTP or PIN to offer any promotional offers
Infloq or any of its representatives would NOT ask for any OTP or PIN for cancellation of campaigns at your door step
Infloq will NOT request sensitive login credentials through email, phone, or social media
Infloq will NOT ask for direct bank transfers outside the official credit system on the Platform

Protect Yourself - Verification Steps:

Before dealing with any communication claiming to be from Infloq, to protect yourself against fraud:

2Verify the authenticity of claims from the Company's official website www.infloq.com
3Check your Platform dashboard for any official notifications or campaign updates
4Never share OTP/PIN with any person or authorize UPI requests from unknown sources
5Report suspicious activities immediately through official support channels

Reporting Fraudulent Activities

General Public and prospective customers are advised to immediately report any suspicious incident and/or incident of defrauding of money as a result of these fraudulent acts to:
